To ensure the safety of our residents and employees we are continuing Covid-19 testing of Employees and Residents Weekly at this time. In transparency the facility currently has 1 Resident who tested positive for Covid-19 that is currently under investigation, the Department of Health has stated that the facility does not currently have a new outbreak but they will be reviewing this residents results and the circumstances surrounding it. There is currently 1 employee that tested positive for COVID-19. Unfortunately, we suffered with the total loss of 20 Residents to the Covid-19 virus. We ask that everyone remains vigilant with PPE & mask usage and we continuously encourage safe social distancing.
Sinai continues to arrange scheduled & supervised outdoor visitation by appointment only. Please note these visits are scheduled Monday-Friday during the time period of 11:30am- 1:30pm. Visits will be limited to 15 minutes per visit at this time in order to accommodate as many scheduled visits as possible. ** Please Note – visits may be cancelled / rescheduled due to extreme weather conditions such as Rain or Temperatures above 90 degrees**. To Schedule an outdoor visit please contact the social worker or leave a voicemail at 973-483-6800×117 and someone will return your call to schedule a visit. Any family that would like to arrange for a facetime phone call, outdoor visitation, essential caregiver visit, or end of life visit can either contact the social services department of leave a voice mail at 973-483-6800×117.
