Dear Sinai Residents, Employees, Families, Friends, and Doctors;
I hope this letter finds you Healthy & Safe!
To ensure the safety of our residents and employees we are continuing Covid-19 testing of unvaccinated Employees and unvaccinated Residents as well as those that are out in the community & potentially exposed and all those that are symptomatic. We ask that everyone remains vigilant with PPE & mask usage, and we continuously encourage safe social distancing.
*The facility is currently in outbreak with 0 positive Residents and 0 employees that are currently positive for covid-19. Testing of all those that were in contact is currently taking place. Facility wide testing is taking place at this time. Outbreak status will remain in place until no further residents or employees test positive for 28 days.
Covid-19 Vaccine Clinics at Sinai Post Acute have been taking place continuously since 12/30/2020. Our pharmacy provider is now providing vaccination clinics for the Pfizer Vaccine. The Next Scheduled Date is 02/15/2022- Booster Vaccinations are available and highly encouraged! We continue to encourage all Residents, and Families to get vaccinated & boosters at this time!
For questions or to schedule visitation please contact Ms. Marie Valentine from 8:30am-3:30pm at 973-483-6800 ext 143. ** Under the advisement of the Local Department of Health, the facility is currently open for limited visitation – visitation hours are requested from 9am – 6pm and limited to a 2 hour visit at this time. All Visitors are required to come with appropriate PPE supplies- N95 mask, Goggles / face shield and a gown if visiting a resident on an isolated unit. At this time visitors will not be allowed to visit with only a surgical mask, unfortunately we are not able to supply PPE to visitors at this time. Any visitor that has tested positive within the last 10 days or with any symptoms is asked to refrain from visiting at this time!
